Box Score POMONA (Nov. 8, 2014) -- No. 18 Cal State San Bernardino had its five-match winning streak come to an end in a 3-2 loss at Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday in CCAA volleyball.
CSUSB (18-6, 15-5 CCAA) closes the regular season this week with matches against Cal State L.A. (Thursday) and Cal State Dominguez Hills (Saturday).

Alexandra Torline led with 15 kills and
Ashley Solis added 12 and
Tori May 11 in the 17-25, 22-25, 25-16, 25-18, 12-15 loss.
Down 2-0, CSUSB played well in sets three and four to tie the match. The Coyotes hit .406 in the third set with Solis leading with six kills and Torline with three as CSUSB hit .406 with 16 kills.
In the fourth set, Torline took her turn leading with eight kills as CSUSB hit .341 to tie the set at 2-2 and force a fifth set.
Tied at 10-10, CPP's Madison May accounted for two kills and a service ace put the Broncos up 13-10.
After a CPP service error,
Brenna McIntosh threw down a solo block to get the Coyotes to within a point of the lead.
But the Broncos earned an attack error, and Deanna Blaine ended the match with a kill.
McIntosh finished with two solo and eight block assists with eight kills. May and
Kaitlyn Christner each had five block assists.
Jordan Ortega had 19 digs and Richards added 14.
CPP is now 14-9, 12-8.
