Box Score CARSON – The Coyotes played No. 14 Cal State Dominguez Hills to the wire, only to lose 1-0 on a penalty kick in the 75^th minute Friday night in CCAA soccer.

The loss was CSUSB's third straight by a 1-0 score and it looks to snap the streak in Sunday's game at Cal State L.A.

The Coyotes' Lee Nishanian was called for a yellow on the play and CSUDH's Aleja Covarrubias scored on the PK.

CSUSB (4-3-2 overall, 2-3 CCAA) had two shots on goal and totaled six shots on the night. The Coyotes were out-shot 14-6 including a 4-0 mark in the second half.

The Toros are 5-0-2, 3-0-2.
