SAN BERNARDINO
-- Nolan Holdridge delivered the game's only goal in the 74th minute as visiting Cal State Stanislaus defeated the Coyotes 1-0 in CCAA men's soccer on Senior Day Sunday.

The Coyotes, who are now 4-4-7 overall and 4-4-5 in the CCAA, close the season this week when they play at Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday and Cal State East Bay on Sunday,

The game was tight throughout as the Coyotes out-shot the Warriors 20-12 and had six SOG. But Warriors GK Clint Long turned back all six shots and handed the Coyotes' their third scoreless on the season.

Freshman Ricardo Velasco totaled eight shots with two SOG and Daniel Lopez had two shots -- both SOG.

The Coyotes had six corners on the afternoon.

The Warriors improved to 9-3-2, 7-3-2 with the victory.

CSUSB honored its two seniors -- GK Tanner Olinger and D Martin Esqueda -- in a pregame ceremony.
