Priscilla Curiel ripped a three-run home run to cap a four-run fourth inning as Cal State San Bernardino snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 9-6 win over Sonoma State in the final game of the teams' four-game series Saturday.
The Coyotes, now 12-10 overall and 8-8 in the CCAA, return home and will play their next 12 games in nine days at Coyote Field beginning Friday against Chico State.
Trailing 1-0 after one, the Coyotes tied the game after two errors allowed

CSUSB added added three runs with an RBI-single by
Alyssa Flores and then an RBI-double by
Stefanie Pace and led 4-1 in the third.
Sonoma State tied the game with three runs in the third, but CSUSB took command in the fourth.
Jacqueline Holtzclaw earned an RBI on a fielder's choice before Curiel's homer put the Coyotes up 8-4.
Leading 8-6 in the seventh,
Alex Mitchell's RBI single completed the scoring.
Carly Land (4-3) got the win for the Coyotes and allowed 11 hits.
Brianne Godfredson came on in relief and earned her first save of the season, pitching the final two innings.
Pace went 3 for 3 with two RBI and a run scored.

Alex Mitchell had the Coyotes' only hits as Sonoma State's Samantha Lipperd threw shutout ball with seven strikeouts.
Lipperd loaded the bases in the third, but got out of the jam with three consecutive strikeouts.
