Corentin (Coco) Touya joined CSUSB as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in August of 2023.
Born in Mulhouse, France, Touya moved to Los Angeles in 2014 and received his Associates of Art in Kinesiology and Teacher Education from Irvine Valley College in 2019. He then transferred to Cal State Fullerton in 2021, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration on Clinical Movement Science. While still attending CSUF, Touya earned his Master’s of Science in Athletic Training in 2023.
Touya has clinical experience at various levels of athletics, including professional soccer with the LA Galaxy, water polo with the women’s national team, community college at Fullerton College, and NCAA Division III at Chapman University and Whittier College.
Outside of athletics, Coco enjoys climbing, hiking, and going to the beach.
