As a junior: Played in 100 of the team’s 102 sets for the 2010 CCAA and NCAA West Region champions… Posted two double-digit kills matches with season-best 12 in the three-game win over visiting Cal Poly Pomona (9/29/10)… Reached double-digits in digs seven times with season-best 13 in four-game win at UC San Diego (10/8/10)… Named to NCAA West Region All-Tourney team… Fired off a collective .344 attack percentage (15-4-32) in the three-match, 9-0 regional sweep against BYU Hawaii, UC San Diego and Seattle Pacific.… Earned the Coronado Beach Volleyball title with teammate Camille Smith during spring drills.

As a sophomore: Started 31 of the 35 matches she played (112 sets) in 2009… Named All-CCAA second team… Led the team in aces with 39… Was third on the team in kills (237) and blocks (77)… Ripped a season-high 17 kills against Alaska-Anchorage… Hit .636 against Ashland (Ohio)… Posted double-doubles at UC San Diego and at Sonoma State… Notched double figure digs 10 different times… Recorded 15 digs against Cal State L.A.… Captured first place at a collegiate beach volleyball tournament hosted by Cal State Dominguez Hills along with teammate Camille Smith.

As a freshman: Appeared in 24 matches, starting three times (49 sets) in 2008… Averaged 1.29 kills per set, 1.16 digs per set with 12 blocks.

At Upland HS: Played four years of volleyball where she graduated in 2008… A two-time All-CIF Southern Section first-team pick in 2006 and 2007 … Named Inland Valley Player of the Year… Was a two-time Baseline League MVP.

Personal: Daughter of Craig and Karen Carty… Has three siblings… Kinesiology major… Plans to be a physical education teacher or chiropractor… Enjoys going to the beach and being with friends and family… Says she’s been a Dodgers fan all her life.
