As a freshman in 2012: Appeared in eight games in her first season with the Coyotes... Secured her only start of the season in 1-0 loss to Cal State L.A. (9/28)... Did not have a shot on the year.
At Santiago HS: Played four years of soccer for the Sharks and served as team captain during her junior and senior seasons… As a senior, helped team to its fourth consecutive league title and was named team MVP and earned All-CIF honors… Also named team MVP and all-league as a junior… Earned first-team all-league honors.
Personal: Daughter of Pete Talavera and Denise Fleury… Undeclared major… Would like to become an educator following graduation… Favorite meal is spaghetti and says her favorite movie is “The Grinch.’’
