Morgan Greene

Morgan Greene joined the CSUSB women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2022. During the 2022-23 season, Greene helped lead the Coyotes to 14 wins for the first time since 2016-17, with two Yotes receiving All-Conference selections. During the 2023-24 season Greene assisted in leading the Yotes to their first CCAA Tournament appearance since 2017. For the first time since 2015, four Coyotes landed All-Conference selections, with Destiny Jackson receiving National Player of the Week, and two CCAA Player of the Week awards.

Greene was an integral part of championship team KPA (Kenya Port Authority) during the 2023 FIBA Africa Qualifiers in Rwanda. She also played for the Solent Kestrels in Southampton, England, where she was awarded Player of the Year-South and Team Most Valuable Player while also earning her Master of Science in Sports Science and Performance Coaching.

Greene is no newcomer to the CCAA, as she played collegiately at Cal State East Bay. She won two championships in her time with the Pioneers, and was led the nation in rebounds and double-doubles as a sophomore. She compiled two All-Conference honors and accrued 1,000 points in only three active seasons as a Pioneer.
