Brandon Wallace

Brandon Wallace joined the CSUSB coaching staff in 2019 as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. He assists the Yotes with fielding, hitting, and camps. Since joining the program he has increased the Yotes hitting average to be one of the top five schools in the CCAA.

Coach Wallace came from Fullerton College where he was the lead assistant and hitting coach from 2017-2019. He assisted the Hornets with fielding and recruiting.

He has been a head coach with the Cal A’s Travel Team since 2015, coaching the 14U, 16U, and 18U Gold Seasons. Summer of 2019 his team won the 18U Triple Crown World Series in Park City Utah. In 2018 his teams won the Softball Pacific Northwest Invasion Showcase and were USA Preps Stars and Stripes Gold Champions.  In 2017 they were USA Preps National Champions and took third in 2016 in the Triple Crown World Series. Many of his players have gone on to play at all levels of college, NCAA Division I to NAIA. In the summer of 2016, he was an assistant with the Cal A’s USA Select Team who faced the Denso Japan National Team.

He has also served as a High School Varsity Coach in Bakersfield and was a private hitting and fielding instructor. He resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife and four children and their German shepherd.
