Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Cruz is a 2005 graduate of Rialto High School where he played four years of soccer and earned league most valuable player honors as well as all-CIF Southern Section. 

PERSONAL: He is majoring in art with an emphasis in graphic design. His dream is to play professional soccer and raise a family. Away from the field, he enjoys being with friends. His father is Harry Cruz. He has three siblings. 

FAVORITES: Fast food – In-N-Out; Treat – ice cream; TV program – Smallville; Movie – “Transformers”; Music – rap; Meal – steak; Class – art. 

MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT – Winning nationals with my club team back-to-back. 

MOST EMBARRASSING SPORTS MOMENT – Missing a penalty kick. 

WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT CSUSB? – The atmosphere.
