Cameron Selik

Cameron Selik begins his second season this spring as pitching coach for the Coyotes.
 
He coached the four seasons prior at Division II Saint Martin’s after volunteering at Grossmont College.
 
The San Diego native played two seasons at Grossmont in El Cajon before an injury cut short his 2007 season. After a year off, he earned a scholarship to the University of Kansas, where he helped the Jayhawks reach the 2009 NCAA Tournament. He owned a 6-4 record in 90 2/3 innings with 72 strikeouts in 2010, earning All-Big XII honorable mention honors.
 
A 22nd-round selection by the Washington Nationals in 2010, he played four seasons in their minor league system, culminating at Double A Harrisburg.
 
Cameron is a KU graduate, earning his bachelor's degree in general studies in May 2018.
