2009: Madison had productive first season with the Coyotes, playing in 44 games and starting 43 times in left or right field. He batted .294 with 11 doubles, two triples, two homers and 19 RBI and struck out only 14 times in 163 at bats. He had 70 putouts and one assist in the field.
    
BEFORE CAL STATE: Madison played two years at Riverside Community College where he was a member of the 2007 state JC champion Tigers team, earning first-team all Orange Empire Conference and the "big stick" award.
    
HIGH SCHOOL: He is a 2006 graduate of Vista Del Lago High School in Moreno Valley, where he played four years of baseball and was all-league all four years and MVP of the year. He also played four years of football and earned the "hardest hitter" award and was an all-league pick each year.
    
PERSONAL: Madison is a business major with an emphasis in entreprenuership. He plans to "be successful at whatever I do." His hobbies are working out, wakeboarding and enjoying going to lakes and rivers. He has helped coach Little League teams. His parents are Michelle and Jay Madison. He has three siblings.
