2009: As a sophomore, LeFay appeared in 24 games, 17 as a starter. He batted .230 in 61 at bats with three doubles, a homer and five RBI, playing behind senior Chris Olsen. He handled 115 chances behind the plate with 17 assists and threw out seven runners trying to steal. He had a  fielding percentage of .973.
    
2008: LeFay appeared in 44 of the team's 50 games as a freshman, batting .271 with 10 doubles and 21 runs batted in in 144 plate appearances. He handled 241 chances behind the plate with 213 putouts and 25 assists with only three errors for a .988 fielding percentage.
    
HIGH SCHOOL: LeFay is a 2007 graduate of Kaiser High School in Fontana where he played four years of varsity baseball as a starter for Coach Mike Spinuzzi. He was all-league three consecutive years and second-team all-CIF Southern Section. He set a school record for home runs in a single-season and career. He was a member of the San Diego Padres "scout" team.
    
PERSONAL: He is majoring in kinesiology with aspirations of playing professional baseball or coaching. Away from the game he enjoys paintball, wakeboarding and hanging out with his friends. His parents are David and Kim LeFay.
     
MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT: Making my collegiate debut against Cal State Dominguez Hills.
