    BEFORE CAL STATE: Carrillo attended UC Riverside and played two years of baseball at Riverside Community College where he helped the Tigers win a state championship in 2007.
    HIGH SCHOOL: He played four years of baseball for Coach Mike Spinuzzi at Kaiser High School in Fontana, graduating in 2005. He was a four-year letter-winner, three-time all-league selection and earned all-San Bernardino County honors in 2005.
    PERSONAL: Carrillo is a business management major whose immediate goal is to get his degree and play professional baseball. He enjoys playing sports video games like Ken Griffey Jr (super Nintendo) and NCAA baseball (PS2) and watching movies.
His parents are Mauricio and Aracely Carrillo. He has one sibling.
    MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT -- Winning the state championship with RCC in 2007.
    WHY I CHOSE CSUSB: Because I could get an opportunity to play baseball and get my business degree.
