2009: Stenavich was the team's No. 1 starting pitcher last season, earning all-CCAA conference honorable mention. He was 5-1 with a 2.99 earned run average. He made 11 appearances on the mound, 10 of them starts with two complete games. He pitched 73 innings and opponents hit just .262 against him. He struck out 36 and walked just 15. He handled 20 chances in the field without an error.
    
BEFORE CAL STATE: Stenavich pitched for two seasons at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, earning all-conference and all-Southern California JC team honors.
    
HIGH SCHOOL: He is a 2006 graduate of Serra High School in San Diego where he played four years of baseball, earning team MVP honors. He also played water polo and was second-team, all-league, team MVP and the team's top defensive player. He also lettered in soccer twice.
    
PERSONAL: Stenavich is a graphic design major who would like to own his own business but also has a desire to play ball professionally. He describes himself as an active recycler. He enjoys surfing, biking and playing soccer. His parents are Bob and Cammy Stenavich. He has one sibling.
    
MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT -- Throwing a five-hit complete game in the state JC playoffs.
