    HIGH SCHOOL: Kolde was a three-sport letter winner at Rim of the World High School, graduating in 2008. She played two years of basketball, earning team MVP and offensive MVP honors and earned the "most improved" award in her one year of soccer.  She played four years of softball, earning first-team all-league and second-team all-CIF Southern Section and was the 2007-08 female athlete of the year at Rim.
    PERSONAL:  She is a psychology major with plans to enter the field of child psychology. Away from softball she enjoys playing soccer and basketball, walking barefoot in the sand. She volunteered in a 24-hour walk for cancer funds and cooked for firefighters during the mountain wildfires. Her parent is Lark Schaffer. She has two siblings.
