    BEFORE CAL STATE: Waters played one season each at Grand Canyon University, Miami-Dade College (Fla), and Scottsdale, Ariz. Community College.
    HIGH SCHOOL: She is a 2002 graduate of North High School in Phoeniz, Ariz. where she played four years of basketball, earning MVP honors in 2000 and 2001. She participated in track and field for two years.
    PERSONAL: Waters is a kinesiology major. She enjoys listening to music, playing board games, watching movies and making lanyards. Her mother is Carolyn Waters. She has two siblings.
    MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT: In my junior year in high school my point guard passed me the ball through three defenders.
    WHY I CHOSE CSUSB: Because it was a new start and a great place to be.
