    BEFORE CAL STATE: Brown played at Holmes Community College in Mississippi where he averaged 27 points and 13 rebounds a game as a sophomore. As a freshman, he played at Mountain View College, earning freshman of year honors.
    HIGH SCHOOL: He is a graduate of Sarah T. Reed High School in New Orleans, La. where he played three years of basketball and one season of baseball.
    PERSONAL:   Brown is a criminal justice major with a career goal of being an FBI agent. Away from the hardwood, Brown likes to play pool, swim and go to the movies. His parent is Robin Burras.
    MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT: Hitting a game-winning shot against a rival team.
