Biography

    2007-08: Johnson was a vital cog in the Coyotes' 21-8 season and runnerup finish in the CCAA, averaging 7.7 points and 3.0 rebounds a game with 65 assists and 14 blocked shots. She set Coyote single-season record for 3-pointers made with 52 and is now the career leader with 105 in three seasons. She also set new records for 3-pointers attempted in a season (148) and a career (297). Her best game was a 24-point effort against Cal Poly Pomona. 
    2006-07: Johnson was the No. 3 scorer on the team, averaging 6.2 points a game and 2.8 rebounds a game. She made 39 three-pointers in 104 attempts (37.5 percent) and dished off 38 assists, blocked five shots and made nine steals, coming off the bench in 26 of the team’s 28 games. She scored in double figures six times with a season-high of 15 on two occasions. She twice had six rebounds in a game.

2005-06: Johnson appeared in all 27 games her freshman year, starting four times. She averaged 3.4 points and 2.0 rebounds a game. She shot 72 percent from the free throw line and made 14 three-pointers while playing an average of 14 minutes per game.
She scored a season-high 14 points against Grand Canyon.

HIGH SCHOOL: She played four years of high school at Kennewick High School where she was an all-area first-team selection and first-team all-conference and the team’s MVP. She also played one year of volleyball, graduating in 2005.

PERSONAL: Johnson is a public relations major. Away from the court, she enjoys shopping, being with friends and going to the beach. She has volunteered her time reading to children. Her parents are Brian and Cindy Johnson. She has two siblings.
