At Northside Christian Academy: Averaged 10 points and eight rebounds per game as a junior, winning the Sixth Man of the Year award… Averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds a game as a senior, and was named First Team All-Conference… Won back-to-back conference championships as a junior and senior… Won the state championship in his senior season.
