Biography

As a junior: Appeared in nine games with three starts… Hit .071 (1-for-14) with one RBI and one walk… Collected season’s only hit against Azusa Pacific (Feb. 9)… Earned his RBI in the 8-4 loss to SF State.

At Moorpark College: Played two seasons and helped his team to a Western State North Conference title as a sophomore.

At Quartz Hills HS: Lettered three seasons… Was all-league as a senior, hitting .380 with five HRs.

Personal: Son of Dan and Luann Massari… Business major who would like to attend law school… Cousin Mike is a teammate this season… Dad played college baseball at Oklahoma State and played in the Cleveland Indians organization… Says In-N-Out is his favorite fast food outlet… Says the HBO comedy “Entourage” is his favorite television program… Favorite meal is carne asada.
