As a junior in 2013: Appeared in 50 games with 44 starts… Hit .273 (35-for-128) with one double and two triples… Had seven multi-hit games with season-high 3-for-4 effort against Cal State East (an 8-1 win on March 29)… Finished 2^nd on team in walks (14)… Third on team in on-base percentage (.359)… Played majority of the season at 2B… Defensively, finished 4^th on team in field percentage (.951).

At College of the Desert: Played two seasons at the Palm Desert community college… Earned first-team all-Foothill honors in 2012… Named school’s athlete of the year.

At Midland Lee HS: A four-year letter winner at the Texas high school… Earned two all-district honors and was named All-State 5A by the Texas Girls Coaches Association her senior year… Team captain as a senior and won the team’s Golden Glove award.

Personal: Daughter of Suzanne Peet… Communications major… Says Mia Hamm is her all-time favorite athlete… Loves to cook and says she always stretches before she steps into the batter’s box… Grew up in Midland, Texas and makes Rancho Mirage home.
