At Chaffey College: Played two seasons where he never lost a game in 10 decisions… In 2012, went 8-0 and was named first-team all conference… Went 2-0 in 2011.

At Alta Loma HS: Played one season for the Braves and was named first-team all league and selected to throw in area All-Star Game.

Personal: Son of Jeffrey and Charlotte Abel… Criminal justice major… Enjoys all sports and likes to draw… Says Chipotle is his favorite fast food outlet… Favorite movie is “Anchorman – The legend of Ron Burgundy” … Enjoys snacking on gummy bears.
