Owned a .490 slugging percentage and an on-base percentage (.402)... Appeared in 44 games with 42 starts at 1B... Fifteen multi-hit games and 10 multi-RBI games... Never went more than one game played without a hit... Had four 3-hit games... Three times had 3-RBI games... Oustanding defensive play at 1B and led squad in fielding percentage (.990) with just four errors.

At Riverside Community College: Played two seasons at 1B.

At Fullerton Union HS: A three-year letter winner... Team captain as a junior and senior... A 2-time team MVP and 2-time 1st-team all-league selection... Earned team MVP honors as a sophomore and freshman.

Personal: Son of Daniel and Betty Day... Psychology major... Would like to become a sports psychologist for a Major League Baseball organization... Enjoys playing xbox, the beach and lifting weights... A big fan of salsa dancing.
