SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Heading into the game the Yotes held an overall record against Sonoma State of 20-6. The Yotes were quick to take the lead and took the game comfortably, 100-67.
The Yotes went 17 for 34 at the three-point line, shooting 50% beyond the arch. CSUSB shot 56.9 percent from the field and 56.3 percent from the free throw line. The Yotes grabbed 46 rebounds on the game leading to seven second chance points.
CSUSB had four players score in double-digits with
Brandon Knapper leading all players in points with 29 collected on the game. Knapper also had four rebounds and five assists. With 28 minutes of playing time, Kaijae Yee-Stevens scored 26 points and grabbed four rebounds.
Eddie Davis collected 12 points, four of which came from amazing dunks. Davis also grabbed five rebounds and found his teammates for two assists.
Darius Mickens added 10 points to the scoreboard and had 10 rebounds and six assist, collecting his sixth double-double on the season.
