Lydia Morohunfola put-away 60 percent of her swings to earn this week's honor as the CCAA Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.

Morohunfola needed just 18 kills for the week to lead the Yotes to two three-set sweeps, including a key match-up against No. 24 Cal State LA on Saturday. In all, the middle blocker had 18 kills on 25 attempts with just three errors for a .600 attacking percentage. She also had three block assists each night.

The senior from Eastvale was powerful in the win over the Golden Eagles, hitting .714 with 11 kills on 14 tries.Â

Morohunfola has the fourth-best hitting percentage in NCAA Division II. She leads the CCAA with the .431 hitting percentage, which is 64 percentage points better than second-best Alex Byrd of Stanislaus State.Â

CSUSB, now tied for 14th in the AVCA Top 25, is at Cal Poly Humboldt Thursday and at Sonoma State on Saturday.
