SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - In CSUSB's first match ever against Bethesda University, the No. 13 Yotes were quick to take the lead worked as a team dominate the scoreboard. CSUSB assuredly took the win, 108-76.
The Yotes finished the game with a field goal percentage of 51.3 percent, and they shot from beyond the arc at a 44.8 percentage. CSUSB pushed the pace scoring 26 fast break points and scoring 19 points off of turnovers.
Leading all players in scoring was
Darius Mickens who scored 26 points, and had 11 rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
Brandon Knapper went 5-12 from the three-point line, collecting a total of 21 points, four assists and two steals.
Also scoring in double-digits for the Yotes was
Eddie Davis who added 17 points, four rebounds, and two assists.
Darius Lubom scored 12 points, had four rebounds, three steals, and two assists.
Daytone Jennings added nine points, nine rebounds, and three assists.
