HAYWARD, Calif. - Heading into Hayward the Yotes held a 10-3 all-time record against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers. The Pioneers scored early, within the first minute of the match, and would keep that lead taking the victory over CSUSB, 1-0.
The match started fast, with Cal State East Bay scoring in the 29
th second. In the first half the Yotes took three shots and had six saves.
Nathaly Losada Lucumi had two shots on the game and one shot on goal. As a team the Yotes finished with eight shots with five of them shots-on-goal.
Carly Luna collected an impressive nine saves on the match. It would not be enough, as the Yotes fell to the Pioneers, 1-0.
