SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – The CSUSB Coyotes fell 11-0 to Dixie State on opening day at Fiscalini Field on Friday afternoon, starting strong but allowing a flurry of runs in the final three innings.

The game was scoreless through the first three innings with CSUSB putting a runner on in both innings, and to second base in the second, but could not score.  Gabe Chavez finished the day with two hits to lead the Yotes.  Tyler Williams went five innings allowing three runs, two earned, with six strikeouts.
