POMONA – The CSUSB Coyotes led 19-18 after one quarter against Cal Poly Pomona on Thursday night, but fell 57-82.
Kayla Bibb led CSUSB with 21 points and
Tatianna Russell added 14.
Ashlynn Sharp added eight. The Yotes only trailed by six at half, but fell behind in the final two quarters. The Yotes shot 32 percent from the field, but 76 percent from the foul line.
The Yotes were hurt by 25 CPP points off 22 CSUSB turnovers. Russell led on the glass with nine boards and
Emily Herring added eight as Bibb had seven.
