SAN BERNARDINO (Feb. 26, 2015) -- The Coyotes were held to their lowest point total in program history in their 60-36 loss to visiting Cal Poly Pomona in CCAA men's basketball Thursday night at Coussoulis Arena.

The 36 points surpassed the record, a 63-43 loss to Whittier on Dec. 15, 1984 -- the first year of basketball at CSUSB.

CSUSB fell behind early, trailing 17-2 with 9:14 remaining in the first half, and was down 27-12 at halftime, the second-lowest total in a half in school history.

CPP never let the lead dip below 13 in the second half.

The Coyotes were held to just 11 field goals and shot 19.6 percent (11 of 56). Jacob Thomas led CSUSB with 12 points.

The Coyotes (12-12, 12-9 CCAA) close the regular season Saturday night against UC San Diego.

CPP (21-5, 17-4) was led by Terrance Drisdom with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
