ROHNERT PARK (Dec. 5, 2014) -- Senior Gilbert Parga led Cal State San Bernardino with 12 points in its 75-58 loss to Sonoma State in CCAA men's basketball Friday night.

The Coyotes (2-2 overall, 2-1 CCAA) close the weekend at San Francisco State on Saturday.

Sonoma State was in complete control of the game and widened necessary distance with 4:26 remaining in the first half. Trailing 19-14, CSUSB allowed the Seawolves to go on a 17-2 run including a 13-0 surge that effectively closed out the Coyotes for the half and the game.

The only glimmer of hope was the fact that the Coyotes outscored their foe 40-39 in the second half.

Isaiah Morton was the only other Coyote in double figures with 10 points.

J.J. Mina led the Seawolves (3-1, 1-0) with 21 points.
