Track and Field 2016: Ran 20:00.66 in the 5000.
Cross Country 2015: Competed in five races for the Coyotes, who finished with their best CCAA finish in school history (3rd) and NCAA West Regional (9th) … Placed 74th at CCAA meet in 23:37.5.
Cross Country 2013: Ran all seven events for the Coyotes … Ran 24:10.1 at CCAAs and finished 56th on the 6k course … Competed in NCAA West Regional, finishing 110th (24:33.1).
Cross Country 2012: Competed in six of the Coyotes' seven events... Recorded her best 6,000-meter time (24:10.4) and placed 60th at the CCAA Championship... Ran 20:42 over 5,000 m and placed 40th at Cal Baptist.
At Chaffey HS: Lettered in three sports for the Tigers during her prep career (cross country, track and field and soccer)... Reached CIF cross country meet as a senior... Named second-team all league in soccer as a junior... Ran personal bests of 5:45 (1600 m) and 12:43 (3200 m).
Personal: Daughter of Peter Valenzuela and Carolina Marquez.... Would like to major in biology and become a radiologist... Enjoys working on her physical fitness and enjoys reading... Says Chipotle is her favorite fast-food fix.
