Biography

    HIGH SCHOOL: Sowa graduated from Arroyo Valley High School in San Bernardino in 2009 where she competed in track and cross country for four seasons. She was a three-time scholar-athlete and earned the most improved award as a sophomore. The team finished third in the San Andreas League in her senior year.
    PERSONAL: Her parents are Herman and Nora Sowa. She has a sister, 23.
