As a Junior in 2010-11: Played nine rounds and averaged 79.7/round (717 strokes)... Top finish was T59 at Coyote Intercollegiate (20-over 230)...
As a Sophomore in 2009-10: Played 16 rounds and finished with an 80.00 strokes per round average... Fired season-best 18-hole effort of 67 during 2nd round of the Bill Cullum Invite at Wood Ranch Golf Course in Simi Valley
As a Freshman in 2008-09: Played in only one tournament but it was an important one... Subbed for teammate Kenny Pigman at the CCAA Championship and shot a 54-hole total of 225 to finish 27th in the field... His even-par 72 final round performance enabled Coyotes to finish fourth.
At Chino Hills HS: A 2008 graduate where he played golf for four years... Named 1st-team all-league and a CIF Southern Section finalist.
Personal: Son of Young Kim... Business major, who would like to pursue a master's degree in accounting and become a CPA... Enjoys playing basketball and football, hanging out with friends and going to the gym.... Says Tiger Woods' chip-in at the 2005 Masters... Can't get enough of In-N-Out and enjoys the movie "Happy Gilmore'' starring his favorite actor Adam Sandler.
