BEFORE CAL STATE: Jones attended both Irvine Valley and Fullerton Community College. He was a member of the state championship team at Fullerton in 2005-06. 

HIGH SCHOOL: He is a 2003 graduate of Brea-Olinda High School where he played four years of basketball. 

PERSONAL: Jones is a communications major who would like to play basketball overseas after graduation and work on his master’s degree. Away from the court, he enjoys being with family friends, watching TV, going to the beach and playing golf. His mother is Tami Foy. He has three sisters. 

FAVORITES: Fast food – Taco Bell; Treat – fruit; TV program – ESPN SportsCenter; Music – Tupac; Class – one that’s not culturally-biased. 

MOST MEMORABLE SPORTS MOMENT – Winning the state championship at Fullerton.
