Biography
2006-07 – Tillman played in 22 games, starting 11 times. He missed several games due to a broken nose. He was a defensive specialist, averaging 2.2 points and 2.1 rebounds a game with eight blocked shots while playing 11 minutes per game. His best game was a 10-point, 6-rebound performance against Sonoma State.
BEFORE CAL STATE: Tillman played one year at Arizona Western College and one year at Mount San Jacinto College. At MSJC he was all-Foothill Conference honorable mention.
HIGH SCHOOL: He played basketball at Rancho Verde High School in Moreno Valley, earning the coach’s award and scholar-athlete honors.
PERSONAL: Tillman is a finance major who plans to attend law school after graduation with a career goal of being a corporate lawyer. Away from the court he enjoys watching cartoons and movies and playing video games. His mother is Gail Tillman.
