2013: Competed in five events … Finished 10th at Pasadena meet, running 19:37 over 5k … Placed 32nd at CCAA championship in 23:17.8 … Finished 73rd and ran 23:48.17 at NCAA regional… One of 36 Coyotes named to the 2013-14 CCAA All-Academic team.
2012: Competed in all seven events for the Coyotes... Placed 87th (24:20) over 6,000 m at the NCAA regional in Hawaii... Placed 61st at the CCAAs, running 24:12.8 over 6,000 m... Placed 17th at the Cal Baptist meet (19:27 over 5,000 m)... One of 36 Coyotes named to the 2012-13 CCAA All-Academic team.
2011: Competed in six events for the Coyotes... Placed 77th at the CCAA meet, running the Sonoma State 6,000-m course in 23:45.8... Placed 76th at NCAA West Regional in Spokane, Wash. (23:48).
2009: Competed in seven events for the Coyotes... Placed 52nd at the CCAA meet in McKinleyville and hosted by Humboldt State, in 25:34 over 6,000 m... Placed 98th (24:13) at the NCAA West Regionals in San Francisco.
At Valley View HS: Three-sport letter winner in cross country, track and soccer... Earned all-league honors and set a team record as well as being named the team's MVP in cross country as a senior... Qualified for CIF at 3,200 meters and earned the "most improved" award.
