At San Gorgonio HS: Lettered three seasons in track, one in soccer and one in cross country… Helped team to league titles in soccer (senior) and track (senior)… Named track team’s MVP her senior season… Helped cross country team reach CIF prelims her senior season.
 
Personal: Daughter of Lorenzo and Maria Varela… Would like to major in nursing… Says In-N-Out is her favorite fast food fix… Loves snacking on cucumbers… A fan of “Full House” and says Avatar is her favorite movie.
