KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After an incredible career at CSUSB,
Daytone Jennings will be playing in the 2022 NABC – Reese's Division II College All-Star Game as he was named to the West roster on Tuesday.
The game will be played Friday, March 25 at 4 p.m. (PST) at Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana, and live stats will be available
here.
The Division II All-Star Game, held in conjunction with the 2022 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Elite Eight, features the top senior talent across Division II.
Jennings is a three-time All-CCAA selection and this season he was also selected First Team All-Region after leading the Yotes to a 24-4 record including a Regular-Season CCAA Championship and NCAA Tournament berth.
This season he was second in the league at 9.2 rebounds per game, 27th in the nation, and was second with 11 double-doubles, 24th in the nation. His 51.4 field goal percentage was second in the league. He scored in double figures or grabbed double figure rebounds in 16 games this season.
"It means a lot to be able to represent my team and the school one last time and I'm more than thankful," Jennings said.
Jennings will be joined by fellow CCAA counterpart Blake Seits from Cal State San Marcos as the lone student-athletes from the West Region (CCAA, GNAC, PacWest).
