Everett played a big role in CSUSB going 2-0 last week at home in wins over San Francisco State and Cal State San Marcos. Against the 20th-ranked Gators, he finished one assist and one rebound from CSUSB's second triple double in school history with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists in 37 minutes. He then scored a season-high 23 points on 8 of 10 shooting with 5 3s in the 106-100 victory against the Cougars.
