Phil was named to the all tournament team after CSUSB competed last weekend in a CCAA/GNAC Crossover at Cal State Monterey Bay. He scored 24 points with 14 rebounds in the victory over Concordia, Ore. His 10 field goals were the first time a Coyote scored at least 10 in two seasons.
