Senior All-American Nicole Nobbe helped the Coyotes to a 4-3 record and hit an unconscious .727 (16 for 22) with 12 runs scored, four doubles, two home runs and nine RBI. She also was walked a team-high five times.

During play at the Desert Stinger Tournament in Las Vegas, her numbers were even better if that is possible by hitting .800 (12 for 15) with four doubles, two homers, nine RBI and four walks. She was named to the all-tournament team at shortstop for her efforts.
