2010 Men's Soccer Schedule
SAN BERNARDINO — Cal State San Bernardino has announced its men's soccer schedule for the 2010 season. The Coyotes, who are coming off their best season in head coach Noah Kooiman's career, look to reach their second straight NCAA Tournament.
CSUSB opens the season Sept. 2 in Phoenix, Ariz., against the defending Great Northwest Athletic Conference Champion, Saint Martin's (Wash.). Two days later, the Coyotes take on Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference member Colorado State-Pueblo.
Cal State San Bernardino opens the California Collegiate Athletic Association season Sept. 10 at Humboldt State as the first a four-match road series.
The home CCAA season kicks off Sept. 24 with Cal Sate Dominguez Hills and two days later Cal State L.A. pays a visit to Premier Field. The Coyotes also host San Francisco State (Oct. 8), Cal State Monterey Bay (Oct. 10), Cal Poly Pomona (Oct. 15), Cal State East Bay (Oct. 22) and will close out the home season against UC San Diego (Oct. 24).
CSUSB closes the regular season on the road at Cal State Dominguez Hills, Oct. 30.
The CCAA Championships are set for Nov. 5-7. The first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament are scheduled for Nov. 12-14 with the quarterfinals ran Nov. 19-21. The semifinals and championship game are set for Dec. 3 and 5.
