SAN BERNARDINO — For the third time this season Cal State San Bernardino swept an opponent with a 9-0 win over The Master's (Calif.) Tuesday afternoon.

The Coyotes (3-9) swept all three doubles matches and dropped just six of the 78 sets played in the singles matches with No. 4, 5 and 6 singles sweeping both sets 6-0.

Christina Torres and Janay Palicte bounced back after their first loss in six matches with an 8-3 win at No. 1. Brittany Choate and Kara Jenkins mirrored the same score with an 8-3 win at No. 2 while Courtney Schumacher and Isabella Fraczek won at No. 3, 8-1. It was Schumacher's last career match and couldn't have ended it a better way than with an ace to seal the match and put CSUSB up 3-0.

In singles, Choate won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 1 while Palicte and Torres each won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 and 3. Fraczek, Jenkins and Michelle Mau all won their matches in straight sets at 6-0, 6-0.
